Cheyenne is a popular teacher, speaker and healer who has been teaching Wellness and Movement classes for the past 20 years both locally and abroad.In her work she has personally woven together eastern and western ways of thinking about exercise and stress reduction, as well as relaxation to fit our busy life styles.

Personal critique of technique and method is available for student, beginner and established practitioners. Case study supervision is also offered to individuals working in complimentary/traditional healthcare, office managers, and therapists.

One-on-One Private Sessions

One-on-one healing sessions typically last 30-90 minutes. Half-day private or group sessions are available by appointment only and can be scheduled by phone 610-346-9566 or e-mail. Private sessions can be held at your location or at ours.

The half-day session includes a personal phone consultation prior to the appointment. This helps to determine your needs and goals for our time together. It also aids in creating a one-of-a-kind experience of "Being in the Moment" utilizing Energy Medicine and Wellness & Movement in a non-stressful environment.

Facility Services at our Beautiful Location

Cheyenne's home-based office has been designed to reflect the quiet, peacefulness, and serenity of the countryside, as well as her work. The office is located in a beautiful, rural setting on a 80-acre historical farm situated between a covered bridge and a flowing stream in Upper Bucks County.

The farm is easy to access from the Philadelphia and New York areas. It is located just 15 minutes south of Hellertown, PA off of RT I-78 coming out of New York City. It is only 20 minutes from the Northeast Extension's Quakertown exit off of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

Cheyenne, owner of Health Heart Soul has a very dynamic, but peaceful way in which she communicates to her audience about a topic everyone should practice. Our health care team which consists of about 200-plus employees found her training seminar to be useful both at home and in the work environment. Especially since health care never stops and both family caregivers and the health care professionals have a higher propensity to become depressed, anxious and ill.
