Mease is a Registered Polarity Practitioner and Registered
Polarity Educator (The
American Polarity Therapy Association). She is also a
Certified Wellness Educator which requires a mastery of multiple
disciplines. A respected teacher, speaker and healer for more than 20 years, Cheyenne creates a supportive healing environment for individuals seeking renewed physical vitality and greater personal awareness. She helps her clients find clarity, movement, healing, and peace of mind for the body, the heart and the soul.
Cheyenne offers sessions in a variety of formats – always seeking to meet her clients’ needs. She can provide healing and energy work via telephone, one-on-one meetings at her serene studio in Upper Bucks County, Pennsylvania or in the Rocky Mountains of Montana, as well as at the client’s home, office or medical facility.
Cheyenne teaches Yoga - Wellness and Movement, Qi Gong, Meditation and Energy Medicine classes locally and abroad. She has personally woven together Eastern and Western ways of exercise and stress reduction creating a uniquely eclectic and organic experience for her students.
With a degree as a Registered Polarity Practitioner and Certified Wellness Educator with American Polarity Therapy Association, Cheyenne is trained and experienced in areas of polarity and cranioscaral therapy, reflexology, verbal-dialogue, life skills, shamanic healing, Reiki, polarity exercise, yoga, Qi Gong, and meditation. Her education and continued studies include: The American Polarity Therapy Association, Princeton Family Center – Bowen Theory, UpLedger Institute, NOVA - Network of Victims Assistance, Crown Center for Healing – Master Reiki Level, Spring Forest Qi Gong, and on-going yoga and meditation with various teachers such as Rodney Yee and His Holiness the Dali Lama.
She has her Credentials of Ministry through the Universal Life Church and is a member of The American Polarity Association. Cheyenne supports and works with many women’s organizations such as A Woman’s Place, Women’s Business Forum of Bucks County, and Network of Victims’ Assistance (NOVA) in a variety of roles.
Committed to the community, Cheyenne helps to educate those whose lives are touched by cancer through her work with Gilda’s Club. She specializes in support group facilitation. She is also involved with fundraising efforts for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and other non-profit organizations. To reach as many people as possible with her healing techniques and positive energy, she has released two relaxation CDs: "Being in the Moment," to help take a break from everyday stress, relax and rejuvenate; and "Evelyn’s Way," named for a Cancer survivor. It is ideal for pre- or post-operative surgery, on-going treatments or difficult times.
