January 2009 New Beginnings
Saturday appointments available for 30 minute, 60 minute, or 90 minute sessions.
January is the time of the bear. A time to go in - A time to go Yin. So, if you are feeling like you need or (better yet) desire a supportive way to take care of your own energy, then now is a good time for a winter tune up.
What a wonderful way to begin the new year - to set the vibration of taking care of self.
Choose a day and time that you do not have to rush back into your life and let the session hold you in the Yin energy, cradle you in mother nature's arms.
Cheyenne's flexible attitude towards cancellations due to road conditions allows you to set up an appointment knowing that if the winter winds blow snow our way, she will support you in staying home and rescheduling for another time when the roads are safe and you can enjoy being in the moment of rest, relaxation, and most of all rejuvenation.
Are you thinking like I used to think? "I can not take the time and spend the money to do a session, it is a luxury." Is this your mantra?
If it is, ask yourself if eating another meal out, drinking another glass of wine, getting your nails done, or buying one more thing for the house is more important then taking care of yourself.
Remember to stay in your power. It is a choice. I can say that, once I made the choice to invest in caring for myself, this was no longer my mantra. It became easy to find the time and the money to take care of myself. Everyone I love receives the benefits of my taking care of myself. I have so much more to give.

November 2009
November 4th
Community Women’s Club presents an event in support
of the Pajama Program. Together we'll decorate our collection
boxes, share great pajama party and gathering ideas, and get
to know each other as we celebrate our last event before the
holidays.
Learn
more about the Pajama Program and Community Women's Club.
The Pajama Program provides new pajamas and new books for
children in need, many of whom are waiting and hoping to be
adopted.
Thousands of the children served by Pajama Program live in
orphanages, group homes, shelters, and are often shuffled
among temporary living facilities. Many of them have been
abused or abandoned and have never enjoyed the simple comfort
of having a mother or father tuck them in at bedtime and read
to them. Since 2001, Pajama Program has provided more than
350,000 pajamas and 140,000 books to children in need nationwide.
We’ll kick off our book and pajama drive with lots of
great ideas as we put our own special spin on the program.
This will be a "crafty" evening as we come together
to decorate PJ collection boxes to take back into the community.
Whether you’d like to write a letter of concern, donate
a single book or pair of pajamas, or conduct a CWC member
campaign we’ll help you get started and we’ll
get together to collect all our pajamas and books early next
winter.
November 6th
